In One Command Change Your Life Last week I was lead to do some searching for creative and unusual way to make money from home. Although I have my online business and MDB business, I was looking for something that could appeal to the everyday person. One that didn't necessarily have experience with online marketing or a fitness background. I came across several sites of forex and stock trading, HYIP's and some other sites I just couldn't figure what the business was. Then I came across the Asara's website The more I explored this site the more it resonated with me. I ended up ordering the book, The One Command, downloading it and reading it in 3 days. It made so much sense. Several years ago when I really got into to the whole holistic healing arena. I actually became certified in Reiki and later in Reconnection healing. The One Command, spoke and taught about Theta healing, which I was not familiar with. The more I read the more I began to remember the healer in me with which I had neglected so long ago. I have always known that I was a healer inside, even as child. Reading this book made me realize how I have to reconnect back to that part of me. As I practiced The One Command I began to sense a peace and presence come over me that I had not felt in a long time and I knew that I was connecting with Source.

Some flaws in book but method is simple enough to follow

As noted in some other reviews this method uses the theta brainwave state but doesn't help readers know if they are in the state or not. I think it is meant for readers to assume they are theta by following the method. Rolling the eyes upward as if looking toward heaven or the center of your forehead is purported to change the brainwave state toward alpha and perhaps helps entering theta so by using eye rolling you may enter theta. There is habituation after a few minutes of rolling eyes upward and please do not tire your eyes so do keep the session short and The One Command sessions should be short so looking upward should work well with The One Command. It is true the method could be stated in a much shorter book, but having said that I do believe the repetition some readers complain about does have a purpose which is to help reprogram your mind. If you have ever done meditation or affirmations you already know it takes some repetition to get there. Be patient and receptive as you read through the book. The method reminds me somewhat of Vianna Stibal's theta methods so if you are familiar with her work you this will similar. I am not sure though it "imprints your DNA" but I do think it may be able to help some and I didn't find anything negative so though the book isn't perfect you can give it a try and see if it works for you. There are some videos with Asara Lovejoy on YouTube and I saw at least one with her giving a short One Command session with the host so you can check it out before purchasing. There is a newer edition of this book but I am not sure if there are updates or improvements which would help readers. Personally I an leaning more toward positive prayer which I find easy, affirming and uplifting so I don't think I will be practicing The One Command.

The One Command carries some weight.

The Law of Attraction has been a hot topic for some time now, and there's been a lot of talk about the focus of attention and what that can do to move one toward their goal more quickly. I've been trained in Neuro linguistic programming, hypnosis, the Silva Method and the like, and I have to say the One Command is a way to focus ones attention like I've never encountered before.
I have a particular talent that I began developing some fifteen years ago to test things like this. I was given a pendulum by a friend and told it's a way to talk to the subconscious mind. I did research on the idea and once satisfied with what I found in several books, I tried it and found it to be correct. It does relay answers from the subconscious that one can understand. But after using it for a time, the movement of my arm became so pronounced that I no longer needed the pendulum. My arm moves quite recognizably in a yes or no direction.
I understand the significance of the different frequency ranges that the mind opperates at in that they have everything to do with how easily new information can be introduced into the subconscious that it will readily accept and act on. These would be beta, alpha, theta and delta. As we come up through the years of childhood, our brains come up through the levels of frequency. The years that our beliefs are formed the most deeply is the years that we spend the most time in the alpha/theta level of mind. Probably three to ten years of age on average.
In the Silva method, it takes a lot of conditioning to reach the alpha level effectively, meaning remaining conscious and aware enough to make real use of it. So when I learned that the One command can put one into the theta frequency range of mind, the level that most of our deepest beliefs are formed, this intrigued me. So I wanted to test it to see if it was true.
I've only had the book for a short time and only put real effort into the technique three times just to see if there is any difference in the state of mind one can produce with it. I followed the directions exactly by placing the peices of paper on the floor with the proper words written on them for clarity of the process the first two times I did it. I went through the process with real intent to see what would happen to my state of mind. And I have to admit, when I got to the stage where one is to deliver the command, I felt quite spacey and expanded. I also have a strong belief in a higher power in the Universe and felt extremely close to it in those few minutes. What's more is the fact that I realized I was in a VERY clear and focused state of mind and fully present and aware of what was happening.
After I came out of the process, I spent a few minutes "coming back to the real world" and away from the state. Then I tested. I asked repeatedly in several different ways if I had in fact achieved the theta frequency level of mind, making sure to confirm that my subconscious knew what that meant, and the answer was a VERY clear "yes" every time. This is very unusual in that I've never been able to do this and stay awake. I have always fallen asleep before I could acheive theta. I also know I've never felt that light and spacey and still focused when using self hypnosis before.
The third time, I did it just to feel that presence again. Now I'm just your average normal guy who lives here in Arizona, works in a cabinet shop doing woodwork, loves pizza and rootbeer(no alcohol, drugs, etc.) and lives a normal life. But let me tell you, I have never had an experience like that in my life. When I got to that place again, this time I laughed, I cried, and I felt so loved and free. It was almost like coming home. I stayed there for probably twenty minutes just basking in all of the emotions and release I experienced. Hope that doesn't put me in the "woo-woo" crowd, but it was an amazing experience!
I agree with another reviewer that the book repeats itself quite a bit, but the author says that would be the case in the beginning of the book because of the state of mind she claims she was in when she wrote it. And if it was anything like mine, I totally understand.
So yes, I liked the book and totally recommend it. But the process of the One Command is, to me, Outstanding! I truly believe that it puts one in touch with that something special within each of us and will set beliefs of ones choosing deep within the subconscious mind that will produce positive changes... and likely very quickly.

New level of order

I like this book. Other people say what they say. This book is very simple. I like reviews that mention similar books, at least books on the same path, so I do that. I rank this book with Matrix Energetics: The Science and Art of Transformation, DNA Demystified, Volume 1: A Practical Guide to Reprogramming the 13 Helixes at Zero Point, Quantum Power Questions, The Cosmic Ordering Service: A Guide to Realizing Your Dreamsprobably ThetaHealing, and The Wisdom of Robert Collier I - Including: The Secret of the Ages, Secret of Power AND Secret of Gold. The process in The Secret works; you just have to get through the limiting beliefs. This method goes around them- which means it has what The Secret is missing. Dowsing and Manifesting, and The Reality Creation Technique, approach the subject from similar angles. I have well over 1,000 books in this area, and this is easily one of the top ten. The method is simple, and it works. I paid for my sister and daughter to go to the 1 day training for this method, they don't read as addictively as I do. You can get learn the method from the book; there are CD's that will put you into Theta- Holosync, Paul Bauer at dreams-alive.com, Jeffrey Thompson, if you want help. I've taken a lot of seminars, and read many books. I liked them all. They cost money. This is a great place to start.
